Why We Exist

Clear Grading. Real Lab Data. Straight Answers.

Iran produces the large majority of the world's saffron, with Khorasan at the heart of cultivation. Yet many international buyers still struggle to find a supplier who offers clear grading, test results and dependable communication.

Golden Saffron was created to close that gap. We source Khorasan saffron, sort it into Super Negin, Negin, Sargol and Organic grades, and test each export lot against ISO 3632 coloring, flavor and aroma criteria before it ships.

Every quotation comes with a specification sheet and a sample, every shipment with its documents, and every buyer with a direct line to the person handling the order.

Our Principles

What You Can Hold Us To

Six working rules that shape every quotation, every lot and every shipment.

Specification First

Every grade is described by measurable ISO 3632 values — not by adjectives — so you know exactly what you are buying.

Lab Data, Not Promises

Export lots are tested by an accredited laboratory and the certificate of analysis is shared before shipment.

No Grade Inflation

If a lot does not test to Negin standard, it is sold as Sargol. We do not relabel saffron to meet a price point.

Sample Before Commitment

Approve the product with a physical sample and specification sheet before any contract or deposit.

Documented Shipments

Certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, packing list and invoice prepared for every lot.

Direct Communication

One contact from first inquiry to delivery, reachable on WhatsApp and email.
